Nora Ephron’s Heartburn will be available as an audiobook for the first time this summer. The story, about the breakup of a supposedly perfect marriage, is narrated by Meryl Streep, who starred in the 1986 movie adaptation of the book. The audiobook will be released in July by Random House Audio as a digital download exclusive.

Random House Audio will also be releasing digital download exclusives of Ephron’s magazine articles and essay collections, Wallflower at the OrgyCrazy Salad, and Scribble Scribble. Additional essays from the revised paperback of Scribble Scribble will be included in the production. Casting is under way, and the titles will be available this summer.

In June, Tantor Audio launches, which will feature audio content in the form of excerpts, free first chapters, and author interviews. Stephanie Klose
