Friday Ebook Freebies from Our Reviewers!

My reviewers are a talented bunch. When they are not reviewing books, they are writing them! Take Ron Terpening, a professor of Italian at the University of Arizona, Tucson. A fiction reviewer for more than ten years,  he also has published six adult and YA suspense novels as well as several academic tomes.

Now two of his books are available as free Amazon Kindle downloads for a limited time. First released in 1989, Storm Track revolves around a Canadian commercial oil-field diver who seeks revenge against the terrorists who killed his wife. LJ praised this thriller for its breathtaking nonstop pace and exotic locations. You can download the ebook today through Saturday (11:59 pm), December 8.

The second title, The Turning, is a coming-of-age story about 16-year-old Artie Crenshaw as he embarks on a  night-long series of adventures. School Library Journal praised Terpening’s YA novel as “a touching tale about a teenager caught between adolescence and manhood.” The free download is available from Monday (12:01 am) December 10 through Tuesday (11:59 pm), December 11.

Happy a great weekend! Happy reading!
