James Beard Foundation Award finalists

Earlier today the James Beard Foundation announced the finalists for the prestigious 2013 JBF Awards. In addition to awards for restaurateurs, television shows, and magazine features, the Foundation recognizes excellence in cookbooks and food writing. A full list of the honored books is below, with links to LJ reviews where available. The awards ceremony will be held May 5 in New York City.
