Written by by Mark Power of JISC CETIS, the report discusses, among other things, Responsive Web Design, as originally articulated by web designer Ethan Marcotte in a May 2010 article for A List Apart (and later covered in depth in Marcotte’s 2011 book, Responsive Web Design).

The report is a good overview if you want to bring yourself up to speed quickly on issues surrounding mobile web development. Thanks to my colleague Tom Dodson for bringing the report to my attention!
