Got Student Engagement?

I’m part of a group in the Harvard Library looking into starting a Student Engagement program, and, knowing that lots of you out there already have such a program in place, I’d love to hear from you about your student engagement program: what kind of structure does it have? What are the components? What staffing is involved? Do you have a budget, and, if so, from whence does it come? How long has it been in place? And very importantly, of course, how do you assess it?
